Do you think this is the way life is supposed to be?  The truth is it is not.  You can get a good night sleep.  The problem is that in today's rush around, 24 hour world we loose track of how it is best to end out day. We also discount sleep as being important but if we paid more attention to this part of our daily life we would be healthier and happier.
