Coaching to a Better Night Sleep
If you have difficulty going asleep or staying asleep there could be many reasons. If you have ruled out a medical cause such as sleep apnea, then you might need someone to help you change your sleep routine and environment. Over a 30 day period we can work to achieve a better night sleep. We will create a good sleep routine, practice relaxation techniques, and help to create an room that will help induce sleep. I have both group coaching and individual coaching available depending on how much support you need while you create the change you want to see.
We also work with people who are working to acclimate themselves to CPAP. Some people need help adjusting to the use of their machine. If you feel you want use a desensitization system to learn how to use your new equipment successfully then we might be able to help.
