Thanks for this article it is informative and well written. I have a nasal pillow w/BiPAP and also make and use dental devices for people who cannot tolerate or prefer not to wear masks. These are very highly effective and reliable when provided by a skilled and knowledgeable practitioner. We can also reline masks for people with a soft flexible materials and make custom masks when necessary (for more unique anatomy)
