They Left This Machine; Now What

Your doctor has ordered a CPAP, BILEVEL or Auto-titrating PAP device and you have no idea what all this means and how you are supposed to use it every night.  That is a common reaction.  Even if you used the machine once in the sleep lab and you had someone come out to your house to set the machine up you may still have difficulties getting used to wearing the mask every night.  Not to mention you have no idea why you need to add water to the machine or how to keep the mask from leaking.
